Zapier is a no-code software process development platform great for business process automation. It has a feature rich process automation suite, linking up to a plethora of APIs (application programming interfaces – the way software applications talk to eachother) and allows you to write python code to help extend it’s out-of-the-box “zaps”. I believe this is what sets Make above Zapier, Make has great modules that allow you to do anything you like to build out a process without code, whereas I have found Zapier lacking in it’s no-code features and writing python code somewhat defeats the purpose. When compares with Make, Zapier is more user-friendly and simple to use, making it great for non-technical business operators.
